NAOS CX is Hiring -Customer Service Representative (Arabic & English)


Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Giza, Egypt


Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries in both Arabic and English with professionalism.
  2. Conduct outbound follow-up calls when needed.
  3. Provide accurate, timely, and courteous resolutions to customer issues.
  4. Document all customer interactions with attention to detail.


Requirements

  1. English proficiency: B2 level minimum.
  2. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  3. Ready to start immediately.
  4. Graduates.
  5. Giza residents preferred.


Work Schedule & Shift Details

  1. Morning and rotational shifts available.
  2. Female representatives’ last shift ends at 7:00 PM.
  3. 9 working hours per day (including breaks).
  4. 2 rotational days off per week.


Work Schedule & Shift Details


For Males (Rotational Night Shifts):

  1. 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM
  2. 01:00 AM – 09:00 AM


For Females (Fixed Morning Shift):

  1. 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Compensation Package


Morning Shift (Females):

  1. Base Salary: EGP 12,800(Gross)
  2. KPI Bonus: EGP 1,000
  3. Morning Shift Transportation Allowance: EGP 2,000

Total Gross: EGP 15,800

Total Net: EGP 12,628


Night Shift (Males):

  1. Base Salary: EGP 12,800 (Gross)
  2. KPI Bonus: EGP 1,000
  3. Night Shift Transportation Allowance: EGP 3,000

Total Gross: EGP 17,300

Total Net: EGP 13,827
